In this book and CD you will find many different examples of guitar solos. Most of them are quite short around 8,12, or 16 bars. As you progress throughthe examples you will learn all the techniques you need to put together an authentic lead solo. The book will give you ideas on scales, dynamics and phrasing. you will also learn how to begin and end a solo. how to use intervals and a host of other tips. This study is on a beginner - intermediate level. On the CD each example is played once with the lead guitar and once without. The first for listening, the second for playalong.
